In order to protect the customer’s account, it is necessary to verify the request with the registered customer by phone before processing the transfer. You can provide us with a contact number that we can use to verify with the approved customer. Alternatively, you can ask a registered customer to call you at your convenience to confirm your request.
We cannot transfer residential services to a business address and you will need to order new services at commercial rates. Your previous housing service will be terminated and early termination fees will be waived.
For residential and business addresses, documentation must be provided to prove that subscription services are used for residential purposes. </ P

An engineer must install your services for you because they need to install a new optical network terminal for your new address.
Payments will be used for installation service.
