My mom’s favorite treat when I was growing up was probably the milkshake. We’ll alternate between cookies and cream, strawberry shake, or chocolate chip cookies, but chocolate is always my favorite choice. Expect to be an adult (with a metabolism not as fast as when I was a kid) and having a few milkshakes a week just doesn’t work for me anymore. I mean, it’s still those weeks, but… I want to get into my jeans.

Note 1: Banana: When the banana is ripe, cut it into pieces and put it in a small ziplock bag. Cover overnight or until firm.

Endomorphs are those who have the easiest time gaining weight. They store fat quickly but have a harder time shedding it, and have the slowest metabolism of the three body types. Like endomorphs, mesomorphs have an easier time gaining weight but their weight is usually in a healthy range. (2) Mesomorphs can also burn fat relatively easily. Ectomorphs have a hard time building muscle and gaining weight because of their metabolism. Of the three body types, ectomorphs have the fastest metabolism.
Eating the right foods for your body type can be not only expensive, but also time consuming. People who are on a tight budget or don’t have enough time to cook will definitely benefit from a weight loss shake. By increasing your protein intake, you can put on extra weight while saving money.
