I felt like I had to do something when he repeatedly asked what day was yesterday? and how many days is tomorrow? And I felt that the calendar would help him understand the whole concept of months, days and dates. Here I share the whole process of how I did it so you can get inspired and make your own.

How To Make A Diy Whiteboard Calendar (2021 Free Printable Calendar)

Here I show you how I made a calendar without a printer. If you have a printer, you can use the free printables link above to print the template in the same dimensions as I show below. The project display board I’m using is 27.25″ (L) X 39.25″ (W). Adjust the dimensions of your template based on the motherboard you are using.

Step 1: Make a template for the months and days on four different cards. To do this, draw a 1.5″(w) X 7″(L) rectangle with a pencil. I divided the months between the four colors according to the seasons, such as winter months in blue, summer in yellow, autumn in orange and spring in green. I then divided today’s template between the four colors as well.

Step 2: Roughly cut the cardboard along the outer contour using laminating scissors. You can use self-adhesive sheets or even sandwich cardboard between the packing tape jobs. Here I use a laminator and then open the lamination sheets and place the cardboard inside. To get the most out of it, I fill in the surrounding spaces by cutting out months and days from other cards. Then, when it’s ready, run it through the laminator.

Step 3: Cut out each month and day from the laminated sheet with scissors. I saved a sheet of cardboard without lamination because the sheet has too many empty spaces all around.

Yearly Calendar Template For 2022 And Beyond

Step 4: Use the template for days and months, measure the template for space for years. I planned to join 4 years later. So I measured the area where the years would go and made a template for it. The dimensions of this template are 1.5″(W) X3.5″(L). I wrote the years in pencil for guidance and traced using a black marker. I followed the same method in the above steps for months and days. Then laminated it with the card stock that I separated in step 3

Step 5: Then I created a date template by measuring the interval between days and years. So I ended up making a date template/cards that measure – 1.5″ W X 2″ L.

Step 6: Make weather and season maps. Using the maps already made, I centered them to define the dimensions of the weather map and the seasons. I planned to put one on the left and a thermometer to show the temperature on the right. I measured the space and ended up with a weather card measuring 2.5″W X 2″L.

Step 7: I drew the thermometer on the cardboard and cut along the contour. I then made the marker using a sheet of laminate, but you can use any clear plastic like the outer box piece. Then I cut out two rectangles and made a hole in the middle with a craft knife. Then he used a red marker
