Don’t worry, there’s no evidence that motion sickness affects your baby’s feeding. If you have a more serious illness and cannot carry anything, you should talk to your midwife.
Try to eat small portions often so that your blood sugar does not drop too low. Some scientific evidence suggests that foods or drinks containing ginger help with mild to moderate nausea of pregnancy.
