The monument, which attracts 4.5 million visitors a year, was first designed by a man named Édouard de Laboulaye. In France, He is an expert on the US Constitution. Laboulaye secured the collaboration of the sculptor Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi; Created an idea of his sweet moments.
