One trick that can help you learn your cues is to drink water every time you have a craving for a snack and see if the craving goes away. Then, if you’re still really hungry, be sure to eat a healthy snack like unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Time is really an illusion! We never feel like we have enough time, but we really do make time for the things we want to make time for. For example – if I have something to do, but I just saw a TikTok video about a super cute blanket on Amazon, I find time to shop a little online.
